Updates completed this Week!

As Journease Go continues to improve, users will now be sent a list of new feature updates, product improvements & bug fixes.

Job Screen

• Customer Account Code will now show to the right of the customers name.

• You can now change the customer name after booking a CX job to a supplier.
• You will now be prompted if you try and book a job to a customer who is on "HOLD"

Trip Planning

• Job Status & Stock Status will now be saved when changed on the Trip screen.

Contacts Section

• You can make a customer non-active, which can now be viewed and filtered by in the customer screen.
• You can now put a customer on "Hold", and also prevent a customers jobs going onto a trip "On Trip HOLD"
• We have fixed an issue preventing invoices being sent to CC Email.

Emails

• We have updated the way emails will be sent, over the coming weeks everyone will be moved to Postmark, this will also allow you to email from your own domain rather than message-service@journease.co.uk

• Resolved an issue that caused some emails to be sent from Journease Software / noreply@journease.co.uk
