SettingsFeature Updates- Some users had been getting 401 Error / Error contacting API, we believe this has been resolved. Please let us know if you encounter any connection issues.
- We've added a customisable rule composer to which will be listed under settings, this can be activated on request.
Product Improvements- Inactive Additional Prices And Costs will now be hidden.
- Fixed an issue that prevented some users from being able to create customers if they didn't have multi-depot access.
- If you had customer specific surcharge setup, it now respects this over the global setting where the surcharge has the same name.
Job ScreenFeature Updates- You can now edit Customer PO, Customer Ref & Customer Email if something has already been entered without the need to retype it all.
- If PO Number is missing but required, you will now be provided with a visual pop-up when saving if a PO number is missing.
- Added the following extra options to the Copy Job feature: Reset PO Number, Reset Customer Ref & Select All.
- If you add Additional Costs & Charges and already have a supplier selected, it will prefill the supplier's name column.
- You can now click on the Trip Number (Blue Text) from within the Job Screen and it will open the Trip.
- If you had custom rules set up, you can now turn this on or off in the financial section of the job screen to control this a job level.
Product Improvements- Fixed an issue that would cause an error if you updated the collection time when Calc Routes is unchecked.
- Resolved an error when trying to edit / save customer.
- Fixed an issue that was preventing some users from pulling the company name through from saved addresses.
- We've fixed an issue that was incorrectly saving the partially typed result rather than the full supplier's name.
FinanceFeature Updates- You can now see the Next Batch Number to the right of Next Invoice Number.
Product Improvements- When exporting, if the customer is missing Accounts Reference, you will now be provided with a meaningful message.
- Fixed an issue where the VAT was not always being displayed correctly on the invoice.
Feature Updates- We have extended the company name field to 100 characters to accommodate some longer company names.
Product Improvements- If you wish to "Add a rate Card" from within the Customer Rates, it wouldn't return the waiting time saved against the Vehicle Types / Services.
GeneralFeature Updates- You can now Maintain & Create Job Reminder Templates, this can be accessed from the SideNav Menu > Action Screens > Jobs.
Product Improvements- We've made some changes allowing the user to resize columns on the Sales Rep screen.
