Settings

Feature Updates

• We have introduced a new global setting under the Trip tab, allowing you to enable or disable Calculate Times by default.

Product Improvements

• Added Time Slot Start Time & End Time options to Global Settings > Trip tab, allowing you to control the time slot sent to customers.

Job Screen

Feature Updates

• We have added the ability to include Product Matrices in pricing calculations.
• We have added the ability to turn a quote into a live job after posting it to CX as a quote.
• We have added the supplier invoice number and value to the financial section, just below Total Cost. Hovering over the supplier invoice number will display the value.

Product Improvements

• We resolved an issue where the Total Margin would not display a negative percentage if the job incurred a loss.
• The padlock button on route summary > address requirements will now also lock Total Vol & Load Mtrs.

Live Console

Feature Updates

• If you "Pull" a job from a mobile device, it will now remove the Sent to Mobile flag on the Live Console.

Trip Planning

Feature Updates

• When job addresses are sent from a trip, the trip will now display a label "Sent to Mobile: {Driver's Name}" after saving.
• We have added the first date offered to the trip modal when viewing a job.
• We have added functionality to print trip labels. You can now filter by trip number in the PID List screen, enabling you to print labels efficiently.
• Added the functionality send SMS and Email messages from within a Trip.

Finance

Product Improvements

• We fixed a rounding issue that caused the VAT amount to be off by a few pence.

Warehouse

Product Improvements

• We fixed an issue where all products were returned instead of only those linked to a specific customer.
