SettingsFeature Updates- New feature to allow you to automatically set new job addresses as Tripable by default.
- New feature to allow you to automatically show Trips on the Live Console.
Product Improvements- Addressed an issue causing certain Apple devices to display a spinning cog indefinitely. If you continue to encounter this issue, please contact support for further assistance.
Job ScreenProduct Improvements- Fixed a bug where suppliers were incorrectly saved if only part of the supplier's name was typed.
- When calculating additional costs based on a percentage, the system now displays the actual cost value on the additional costs line after saving.
- Resolved an issue where additional costs based on a percentage were not being calculated accurately.
- Resolved an issue where additional charges could be saved without selecting a VAT rate, causing them to default to T0 when added or invoiced.
- When recording payment for a job using the "Payment Received" checkbox, the system now reflects the Gross amount instead of the Net amount.
Trip PlanningFeature Updates- Added a "Pull from Mobile" function to the trip screen, providing users with the option to retrieve data from driver's mobile devices when necessary.
- Added a reports button to allow you to download & print a Trip List, Drivers Trip Schedule & Trip Pick List.
- When planning a trip, if the planned time falls outside of the designated time window, the Planned Date & Time field will now be highlighted in red, prompting users to adjust it by either rescheduling or adding stop minutes.
Product Improvements- Resolved the functionality of the "Add to Trip Button" to allow users to add items to either a new trip or an existing one seamlessly.
- Corrected the Group in Map function to enable users to add grouped address to trips.
Product Improvements- Corrected an issue where the Created Date time was not consistently stamped in the database despite being saved.
- Fixed an issue preventing users from saving the Commission Start Date for Sales Reps.
Warehouse (Add-on Product)Feature UpdatesThe below screens have been added to the new Warehouse tab for those who have the Journease Warehouse Add-on.- PID List
