General

Feature Updates

• We can now build customisable widgets on the home screen, please contact support@journease.co.uk for a quote.
• We have added "Existing Searches:" to the top of various grids to give the ability to save pre-defined criteria. (click the cog to save)

Job Screen

Feature Updates

• Added the ability to change the invoice address from within the job screen when creating a pre-paid job.

Product Improvements

• Fixed an issue that would show the wrong Total (inc VAT) when hovering over the total field.

Trip Planning

Feature Updates

• We have added a new feature to consolodate multiple jobs into a single job.
• Trip cards can now be colour coded when using zone sets.

Product Improvements

• We can custom the columns in the Trip Modal to show the details you wish to see, please contact support@journease.co.uk for a quote.

Finance

Product Improvements

• Supplier Self-bill will now require you to save selected rows prior to creating invoices.
• If you have a default fuel surcharge, when you raise a credit or adhoc job the fuel surcharge will no longer carry over.

Reports

Feature Updates

• Fixed issue with date range filer on Invoice Summary.
• Fixed issue with job number filter on Additional Prices & Costs.

Product Improvements

• Balance sheet will show if the invoice has been emailed, if you run the balance sheet straight, it can take a few minutes to update.
