Dashboard / GeneralFeature Updates- Quick Links in the Top NavBar
Added quick access links to the Job Screen and Live Console directly in the Top NavBar, allowing easier navigation when the side menu is collapsed.
- Upload Documents or Images
Introduced the capability to upload and attach documents or images directly to Customers, Suppliers, and Products.
- Data Cards
Added new data cards: "Today's Job Reminders" and "Vehicle Alerts" to the Dashboard. These cards can be enabled by clicking on the green filter buttons located in the Dashboard header. Remember to click the "Save Icon" to ensure your selection remains active each time you return.
- Email Templates - Design Enhancements
By popular demand, email templates have been upgraded with improved compatibility across email clients, and the ability to include more detailed information. These updates provide a more professional and polished look for your communications. In addition to these improvements, we now offer customizable templates tailored to your specific needs, such as adding custom text, terms & conditions, logo positioning, or adjusting styles like border colours. Customised templates are available at a rate of £80+ VAT per hour. Please email support@journease.co.uk. * It's important to note PODs sent from the Mobile App still use the Legacy version and will not be reflected in any email template changes on Go, but we're actively developing a solution to use the same templates.
- Email Templates - Add Your Company Logo
A highly requested feature: you can now include your company logo in email templates. Simply provide an external logo URL, and it will appear prominently in the top-right corner of your email templates. To set up your logo, go to Administration > Global > Settings > Company Details > "Company Logo URL". The URL must link to a .png image. The easiest way to obtain this is by right-clicking your website logo and selecting "Copy Image Address".
Job ScreenFeature Updates- Address Book Lookup
We've added extra functionality to the Address Book Lookup. When you now enter a postcode, if the address book contains a matching address based on the postcode, it will stay blue. If no match is found, it will grey out. If you click the address book, it will pull in the address from the Postcode Box will make searching easier. These settings are configured in Administration > Global > Settings > Job > "Enable Address Book Button" & "Auto add Postcode".
- Include Booker's Company, Name, and Telephone
Introduced the ability to add the Booker's Company, Name and Telephone Number. This information will appear directly below the Supplier dropdown, provided "Show More Details" is selected.
- Assign Jobs to Users
Added functionality to assign jobs to specific users within your team for better task management.
- CC & BCC Email Functionality
Introduced the ability to add CC and BCC addresses when sending emails, providing greater flexibility for communication.
Product Improvements- Added a reminder to ensure the mobile device is synced to successfully complete the process of pulling a job from the driver's device.
- Implemented additional logic to correctly lock or unlock specific fields once a job has been invoiced.
- Fixed an issue where the email body text would not load into the template when re-printing an invoice.
- Fixed the "Screen Jump" issue when adding an address. Now, when you click "Add Address," the screen will remain in the same position, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Resolved an issue that would occasionally stop the Track & Trace Comments showing within Job / Trip.
Live ConsoleFeature Updates- Push and Pull Jobs to Journease Mobile
You can now push and pull jobs directly from the Live Console while in the POD Modal.
- Search for Jobs or Trips Without a Supplier or Driver
Added the option to select "BLANK" from the dropdown list to filter and return jobs or trips that do not have a supplier or driver assigned.
Trip PlanningProduct Improvements- Fixed an issue that prevented custom rules from running on the trip screen.
FinanceFeature UpdatesProduct Improvements- Fixed an issue in Supplier Match Invoices that prevented payment information from being saved.
- Fixed an issue in Supplier Match Invoices that now defaults to 100 rows.
- Resolved an issue causing inconsistent results with the Hard Copy POD lock functionality.
- Resolved an issue when reprinting invoices.
- Fixed and issue that would prevent the currency column from showing when exporting sales invoices.
- Resolved an issue where the system incorrectly handled different dates on a combined invoice.
- Group by PO Number now works as intended.
ReportsFeature Updates- Enhanced Filtering for Dropdowns
You can now search dropdown options by typing multiple characters (e.g., typing "Cou" for "Courier"), making it faster and easier to find the desired option without excessive scrolling.
Feature Updates- Save Customer CX Numbers
Based on popular demand, we've added the ability to save CX numbers for customers. If you attempt to add a new contact with a CX number that already exists, the system will alert you and display the contact currently associated with that CX number.
- Congestion & CAZ/ULEZ Defaults
Introduced a feature to automatically apply "Congestion Charge" or "CAZ/ULEZ charge" to new customers. This can be configured under Administration > Global > Settings > Customer.
SettingsFeature Updates- Menu & Filter State Memory
Added functionality to remember the collapsed or expanded state of the menu bar and Live Console filter. When you navigate away and return, it will retain your previous settings.
- Enhanced Grid Navigation
You can now navigate through grids more efficiently using the Tab and Arrow keys for seamless movement.
- Invoice Admin
We've added the ability to Rollback Invoices & Un-Invoice Invoices, users will require Administrator or the Security Option - Feature_FinancialAdmin to access this screen. Please contact support@journease.co.uk if you need any assistance.
- Next Invoice Numbers
Added functionality to change the next invoice number if you also create invoices in your accounts package.
