Multiple User CX API Keys
Currently on CX they only offer one API Key per CX Company.
We've done all the backend work to handle multiple CX API Keys but this is currently a limitation on CX that we're awaiting for them to start providing Per User API Keys.
As soon as they do, we should be able to get this rolled out pretty much straight away.
Might be worth chasing up with CX when they think Per User API Keys will be issued. (it was supposed to have been around Q2 of 2025 but never happened).
For the time being best thing to do and what I advise everyone who raises this as an issue is to change that user on CX Name on CX to Operations or something like that.
It might be a locked field so you may need to have CX approve the change but you can explain why if questioned.
